The neck freezer type ICE 1200 uses glycol at -25°C/-30°C to freeze bottle necks of sparkling wines.
It allows to work bottles with capacity between 37.5 and 150 cl (working diameter 70÷115 mm).
The maximum throughput is 2,000 bottles per hour (by using bottle with diameter of 92mm); if the diameter is bigger, this machine works in the alternated pitch mode (in this case you will halve the production).
A device with mechanical control allows the bottle motion.
ICE 200 iallows to work bottles with different neck heigth; so the bottle unloading on the conveyor is carried out by a mixed control system, which allows to check and control bottles with different heights.
ICE 1200 is designed to be put in a computerized production line.
