KLASSIC CONCRETE POST FOR VINEYARDS

Made with P.R.C are produced using pre-stression that guarantees a decisively greater mechanical resistance. Other features that make our post better in quality in terms of mechanical resistance and durability over time, are due to the choice of the components.


1) Concrete: the concrete used for producing our concrete posts is made up with substances (gravel and sand),
deriving from natural materials, which are riddled, weighed and washed. This material gives the concrete a very strong resistance, much more than inert matter produced from grinding rock. The sand and gravel are mixed
with PORTLAND 525 cement that acts as ”glue” that keeps them united and gives a very high resistance to compression.


2) Steel plait with high carbon content and low relaxation: inside our concrete posts a framework is inserted that is used to transmit compression to the item. The steel used is highly resistant (r=1870 N/mm2)
and is formed by plaits that adhere perfectly to concrete and these consist of 2 or 3 intertwined wires with a 2.25 mm diameter.

The quality of a concrete post made from P.R.C is guaranteed by DNV through appropriate Product Quality Certification, a document that specifies the maximum and minimum tolerances of the piles, concerning  the following criteria: bending resistance of the finished product; resistance of the concrete; resistance to freezing; straightness of the product.

Our concrete posts has a trapezoidal shape and has four smooth sides that are free from sharp edges. This shape allows the use of harvesting machines in vineyards and does not damage the antihail nets in orchard systems. For aesthetic reasons the piles can be supplied brown; the colour is added directly to the mix, this way guaranteeing a long durability.

KONCRETO CONCRETE POST FOR VINEYARDS


KONCRETO concrete post made with P.R.C are produced using pre-stression technique that guarantees a decisively greater mechanical resistance. Moreover careful raw materials selection guarantees item’s longer life:


1 Raw material used to produce KONCRETO concrete post is made up with CELAXITE, a new innovative mixture of
natural materials, carefully riddled, weighed and washed. This material gives to CELAXITE stronger resistance, far superior than traditional concrete.


2 Steel plait with high carbon content and low relaxation rate: reinforced bars are inserted inside KONCRETO concrete post; they are used to transmit compression to the item. Used steel is highly resistant and composed by plaits that perfectly adhere to concrete. They consist of 2 or 3 intertwined wires with a 2.25 mm diameter.
